  One star is to much not a option for no stars lol. So anyhow I want to come here to address my complaint since this was not resolved with the management. On Christmas I had placed a to go order over the phone to pick up on my 30 min lunch break and specifically told her meat well done. Then I go to get it and it's not ready so now I'm late to work. I finally get my order get in the car double check it and there was no condiments or vegetables at all on the 2 burgers I ordered. So I go back in ask for them and she did not apologize for the mistake gave it to me and I left. Now I'm really late for work. Get to work finally go to eat my burger and the meat was raw! On both burgers actually! So now I'm at work can't go back, call no one answers. I understand it was a holiday so I leave a voicemail on the GM phone, 3 days later a manager calls and leaves me a voicemail. Later on I call, no answer. Next day I call I got placed on hold for a manager 15 min. and no one came to the phone. Call again next day finally talk to a manager, he apologizes and told me he had my information and would make sure I got compensated, by sending me a gift card. Still waiting! Great customer service and management. NOT!

  First time at this location. Waiter was great. Food was good. Appetizer was ok that's the only thing that I would say could have been been better.

  Tried something new and enjoyed the "Mac not cheese with chicken tenders". It looked like a small amount but was filling.
